Recently we were mortified to hear of another companies client call the technician from that company as they were having troubles with their less then year old under ceiling air conditioning split system. When the technician arrived he simply looked the unit over and advised the customer "it was a warranty issue you will need to chase it up with Fujitsu". The technician left site and then happily charged the customer $150 + GST for a service call.
