What you send us
The quote form asks for first name, surname, phone, email, street address, suburb, state, postcode, the sort of work, and what you need done. A unit or apartment number is optional. You can attach photos or a PDF. Phone calls and emails can include the same kinds of details, plus whatever you choose to say about the equipment.
Why it is kept
Those details are used to reply, quote, book and do the work. Personal information is not sold, and sending the form does not add you to a mailing list. Access to enquiry records is limited to people at Specialised HVAC Services who need them to respond.
Where it is stored
Each enquiry is saved as a file on the company’s systems. A copy is also kept in a database when that database is available. Photos and PDFs from the form are kept outside the public website and are sent with the enquiry email.
Server logs
The web server may record your IP address, browser and the page you requested. That is the ordinary log of a website visit. It is used to keep the site reliable and to deal with abuse.
