Indoor air quality problems are often a maintenance problem: filters left too long, coils loaded with dirt, drains doing what they should not, or a system that cannot make its airflow. The work runs from a filter change and a coil clean through to a deep clean, remedial treatment, monitoring and a written result.
On apartment plant the team already knows, the report shows the condition of the unit so the choice is another year of service or a planned replacement. Microbial control and refrigerant work follow the Australian and New Zealand standards that apply to that visit.
